2. Subscription and Billing

Pro Subscription

Pro features require a paid subscription. You will be notified before any charges are made.

Billing Cycles

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan. Billing occurs on the same date each month or year.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties or fees.

How to Cancel

  • Go to Settings > Subscription in the app
  • Click “Cancel Subscription”
  • Confirm your cancellation
  • You'll receive a confirmation email

When Cancellation Takes Effect

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll continue to have access to Pro features until that date.

4. Refund Policy

No Refunds Policy

Due to the digital nature of our service, we do not offer refunds for Pro subscriptions.

6. Data After Cancellation

Data Retention

After cancellation, your data remains accessible for 30 days. You can export your data during this period.

Data Export

You can export all your data in CSV format from Settings > Data before your account is deactivated.

Account Reactivation

You can reactivate your Pro subscription at any time by logging in and subscribing again.

7. Payment Methods

  • Bank transfers (in select regions)

Secure Payments
